Metal Components & Welds
10-Year Limited Warranty
Covers structural integrity and workmanship of all metal parts and welds under normal use and proper installation.
Fiberglass Components
3-Year Limited Warranty
Covers cracking, splitting, or significant fading of fiberglass components due to material defects.
Moving Parts (e.g., swings, bearings, hinges)
1-Year Limited Warranty
Covers failure due to manufacturing defects or faulty components under normal use.
Structural Framework
Lifetime Warranty
Covers the main structural frame of playground equipment against structural failure due to rust-through, corrosion, or defects in materials and workmanship.
Synthetic Turf
8-Year Limited Warranty
Covers fading, deterioration, and seam separation under normal conditions and use.
Shade Structures (Frames)
10-Year Limited Warranty
Covers structural failure or corrosion of the metal frames under normal use and weather exposure.
Shade Fabric
1-Year Limited Warranty
Covers premature tearing, fading, or degradation of the fabric under standard weather conditions.
General Terms & Conditions
Warranties are valid only if products are installed and maintained according to our guidelines.
Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
Natural wear and tear, vandalism, misuse, improper installation, or acts of nature are not covered.
Proof of purchase may be required to process any warranty claims.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of shipment.
